Winner of the Muriel Taylor Cello Prize and the Making Music Award for Young Concert Artists, Adi Tal is emerging as one of the most dynamic young cellists of her generation. She made her solo debut at age twelve with the Israel Chamber Orchestra, and has since appeared as a soloist with numerous ensembles, including Kwazulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra- Durban, the Israel Philharmonic, Jerusalem Symphony, Haifa Symphony, and the Herzliya Chamber Orchestra, collaborating with conductors Daniel Boico, Thomas Sanderling, Aldo Ceccato, Dan Ettinger, and James Judd.
